We have purchased 3 rugs now from Moshein and staff. One was stained and after an unsuccessful attempt to clean, he found this one which looks even better and fits the decor better than the original.
He offered to turn the ruined rug into a runner for a very reasonable price.
We will continue to use Modern and Classic rugs as our first stop on any hunt.
We have purchased from many stores and even in the countries of origin, but none come close to the expert eye of the very friendly and knowledgeable owner.

Rugs of Orient is a fantastic place for beautiful hand-crafted rugs of all sizes. They have a great selection and wide variety of styles. The owner, Mosen, is very helpful, patient and flexible. You can view the rugs in your home, which helps pick the perfect rug. We've bought 4 rugs from them over the last few years and we are fully satisfied; we won't shop anywhere else for rugs. They also offer rug cleaning and expert repair services (we had to have one of our rugs repaired after our puppy chewed a big section of the edge and you cannot even tell it was repaired). Highly recommended!!

While in Summit I entered Modern & Classic Rugs. There were so many beautiful rugs displayed. A friendly greeting by Moe who was very knowledgeable and professional providing information about rugs. My son had given me a rug and I needed it shipped out of state. Moe explained that they also provided that service as well and was very helpful in taking care of the shipping process. The rug was quickly picked up, cleaned and delivered. It came well packaged and was received in a timely manner at a very reasonable cost. I highly recommend Modern & Classic Rugs as a place to go for selection, knowledge and help finding that perfect rug.

We had a highly favorable experience purchasing rugs from Mohsen Ahan, the proprietor of this shop. He is knowledgeable, straightforward and personable. When we needed help deciding which of several designs we might like, he unhesitatingly offered to bring the rugs to our home so we could see them "in context." We wound up buying two Persians, one for use as a hanging tapestry. Mohsen sought the services of a fellow who competently hung the piece for us. Throughout the process, Mohsen made several trips to us. We couldn't be happier.
